Andy Bading

Andy has come from a traumatic past, which led him down the path of Psychology and Behaviour Support. His Qualifications and Training include:

• Dual Bachelor Degree in behavioural Science and Psychology
• Registered Behaviour Technician status with the BACP
• Trauma Informed Behaviour Support
• Psychotherapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
• Differential Diagnosis using the DSM-5 for people with intellectual disabilities.

He is also a member of Behaviour Support Practitioners Australia, and the Rehabilitation Counselors Association of Australia.

Andy has been working in Behaviour Support in both a therapist role and specialist role, supporting individuals and other staff, including training practitioners, and support staff for 6 years.

He would love to grow the team and support other practitioners to reach their highest potential possible, empowering others in an attempt to ensure professional standards are met by our team.
